The following attorneys have been elected to equity partner:
Paul R. Diamond is a member of the firm?s Real Estate Practice Group in Chicago. He concentrates his practice on corporate real estate representation, with an emphasis on handling all aspects of real estate holdings for U.S. and foreign-based multinational corporations. Diamond received his undergraduate degree, highest honors, and law degree, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Thomas F. McGuire is a member of the firm?s Estate Planning and Tax Practice Groups in Chicago. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and taxation. McGuire received his undergraduate degree and law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Stuart H. Sakwa is a member of the firm?s Construction and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups in West Palm Beach. His practice focuses on government and commercial construction contracts, providing representation for clients throughout the course of a project. Sakwa received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from George Washington University.
David S. Wayne is a member of the firm?s Litigation Practice Group in Chicago. He practices in a variety of areas including complex real estate and commercial litigation, employment and labor, insurance coverage, products liability and construction litigation. Wayne received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Joshua M. Atlas is a member of the firm?s Construction and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups in West Palm Beach.? He focuses his practice in construction law and complex commercial litigation. Atlas received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Florida and his law degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School.
W. Matthew Bryant is a member of the firm?s Construction and Litigation Practice Groups in Chicago. He focuses his practice on construction and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Bryant received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
Whitney V. (Harrell) Cruz is a member of the firm?s Litigation and Product Liability Practice Groups in Miami. She practices in the areas of product liability and automotive breach of warranty. Cruz received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, and master degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University and her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.
W. Toby Eveland is a member of the firm?s Litigation Practice Group in Chicago. His practice focuses on business litigation, class action litigation and complex insurance disputes, in fields such as real estate, construction, higher education, risk management, professional liability, health care, employment, intellectual property, warranty, and condominium law. Eveland received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of North Alabama and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
Kevin S. Grossfeld is a member of the firm?s Commercial and Real Estate Finance Transactions Practice Group in Miami. He handles a wide variety of transactions, including, but not limited to, commercial and residential real estate sales and acquisitions, the representation of lenders and borrowers, complex loan workouts, commercial and residential leases, developing complex real estate investment structures, forming business structures and entities and drafting corresponding documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements. Grossfeld received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
Raymond M. Krauze is a member of the firm?s Construction and Litigation Practice Group in Chicago. His practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation He represents clients in a variety of construction related matters and complex commercial matters.? He received his undergraduate degree with Latin honors from Boston University and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
Jennifer Hollenbeck Sarhaddi is a member of the firm?s Litigation and Product Liability Practice Groups in Chicago.
