When Microsoft launches Windows Phone 8 this fall, hardware partners Nokia, Huawei, Samsung and HTC will be aboard to provide the goods. Each device will be powered by Qualcomm chips. Devices will come in 50 languages with apps available in 180 countries. All updates to Windows Phone will be delivered OTA. Devices will be supported with updates for at least 18 months from launch. Registered "enthusiasts" will get early access to updates before broad consumer push.
