Since it's been so hot (and we're sooo full of cats and kittens!) we're celebrating the 'Cat Days of Summer' by having a $40 adoption event! Most cats and kittens born BEFORE April 1st, 2012 are now adoptable for a minimum donation of $40. These are fully vetted cats and kittens! Cloud is a super sweet little girl once she bonds with you. Cloud was a part of a litter of three that were found outside and picked up by KCK Animal Control. When the 3 came to KittyCity they were terrified of people. Since being in a foster home Cloud has slowly come out of her shell. She will snuggle and purr when held. She still has to be approached slowly but is progressing very well. She will of course need a little patience and a lot of TLC in her new furrever home!!!

This kitten is/will be altered, is up to date on shots and worming, tested for Feline Leukemia and comes with a complimentary well exam with one of our participating vets. Without the support of our wonderful veternarian partners, we wouldn't be able to do the rescue work we do today!
You can visit our adoptable cats and kittens on Saturdays from noon-five at our adoption Center located at Mariposa Veterinary Center. Mariposa Vet Clinic is located at 13900 Santa Fe Trail Drive in Lenexa. Not every animal attends every adoption so always call or e-mail ahead to confirm that a particular animal will be present.
