Post-Menopausal Issues - Women's Health - MedHelp

I recently had a Transabdominal and TransvaginalPelvic Sonogram. The local clinic I go to said I can't be seen for 7 weeks for Dr. to explain the results!??Report reads:??The uterus is mildly nonhomogeneous measuring 6.9 x 2.6 x 4.1cm.??
There is up to 5mm hypoechoic foucs in the uterus suggesting cysticfibroid.??
There is also subcentimeter cervical nabothian cyst and mild endometrial thickening.??The endometrial thickness measures 9mm.??
There is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac.
The right ovary measures 2.4x1.2x1.8 cm
Left ovary measures 3.2x1.1x2.1cm and shows 1.2x.05x1.1cm cyst. ColorDoppler flow to both ovaries is detected.
It was presumed that I am Post-Menopausal as I have not had a menstrual cycle for 17 months.??However, I have had abdominal/pelvic pain, bloating, UTI issues and constant lower back pain??and recently began bleeding after 17 months of nothing.
How concerned should I be???Especially with the 7 week delay to see a DR.?
