HOUSTON -- A pregnant 16-year-old who claims her parents are trying to force her to have an abortion is taking her parents to court.?

Court documents show that the girl, who is now nine weeks pregnant, claims her parents told her she had to terminate her pregnancy. When she refused, she claims, they took away her car and cell phone. The teen also claims her father told her that "he was going to force her to have an abortion and that the decision was his, end of story."

A judge granted a temporary restraining order to save the baby's life.?

The teen is being represented by lawyers from the Texas Center for Defense of Life.?

Her father denies all allegations. A hearing is set for Friday.?
